User Content, Memories, and Media Submissions

By participating in our Memory Concierge calls, utilizing our Automatic Intake form, or uploading files to iEXprez.com, you may share deeply personal assets, including but not limited to written stories, spoken memories, timelines, names, dates, digital photographs, and video clips (collectively referred to as "User Content") for the sole purpose of creating your custom song and "SignaKeep" Signature Keepsake Card.

• Ownership Rights: You retain 100% full legal ownership of all original personal stories, memories, and photos that you submit to us. iEXprez does not claim ownership over your personal history.
   

• Granted Production License: To fulfill your order, you grant iEXprez a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review, edit, transcribe, format, and share your User Content internally with our songwriting team, recording artists, and card manufacturing partners. This license is strictly limited to the production and physical printing of your ordered product.
   

• Privacy & Non-Disclosure: We treat your private family memories with the utmost respect. iEXprez will never sell, publish, broadcast, or publicly distribute your submitted photos, lyrics, or finished custom audio files for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without obtaining your explicit, separate written consent.
   

• Content Restrictions: You warrant that you own or have permission to use all assets submitted to us. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is unlawful, defamatory, deeply offensive, or infringes upon a third party's copyrights or trademarks.
