2. How does the process work?

 

  • Book your Memory Concierge call or Digital Registry Portal online:  



     

  • Schedule a friendly 15-minute call where we get to know the person or occasion you’re
    celebrating, or use the Digital Registry Portal online to your convenience.

  • Share your stories: 
    You tell us your memories, inside jokes, special moments, and the vibe you want for the
    song—no forms or tech hassles.

  • We create your custom song:  
    Our team turns your stories into original lyrics and a studio‑quality track.

  • As a premium upgrade:
    Receive your Signature Keepsake. You get a digital version of your song and, with eligible packages,
    a **“SignaKeep” (Signature Keepsake) Card** featuring custom artwork, printed

    lyrics, and a Scan‑to‑Play QR code so the song can be played instantly from any phone.

The Memory Concierge call is a relaxed 15‑minute conversation with one of our specialists or at your convenience,
our Digital Registry Portal online.

 

5. What is a “SignaKeep” (Signature Keepsake) Card?

The SignaKeep Card is a premium, physical keepsake that includes:


 

• Custom-generated cover art inspired by your stories  
• Your song’s lyrics printed inside  
• A Scan‑to‑Play QR code that instantly plays your song when scanned with a phone camera  

 

It’s designed to be both a meaningful gift in the moment and a timeless display piece.


 

What Makes Our Cards Different?

  • Gallery-Grade Quality: We don't use standard paper. Every card is printed on 110lb. premium archival cardstock.
    It’s thick, sturdy, and stands tall on any desk or shelf.

  • The Perfect Size: Our classic 7" x 5" layout provides ample room for your custom cover art and your personalized lyrics.

  • Scan-to-Play Technology: Each card features a high-definition QR code. There’s no app to download—your loved ones
    Simply point their phone camera at the card, and your custom song starts playing instantly.

  • Elegant Matte Finish: We use a professional matte coating that eliminates glare. This ensures the QR code scans perfectly every
    time and allows you to add a handwritten note inside without smearing the ink.

  • Artistic Precision: Every design includes a professional "bleed" and "safe-zone" margin, ensuring your custom artwork and lyrics
    are perfectly centered and beautifully framed.

6. How do we listen to the song?

Your song can be played:

 

• Via a digital link we provide so you can share it with friends and family  
• Directly from any phone using the QR code on your SignaKeep Card  

• Through a Bluetooth speaker at events so everyone can listen together  

No apps to download and no special tech skills required.
 

7. How much does it cost?

​Our services start at $55 (USD). This base package includes:

• Your 1‑on‑1 Memory Concierge session  
• A professionally produced, custom digital song  

 

Premium upgrades are available, such as:

• Physical SignaKeep Cards  
• Framed artwork  
• 48‑hour rush delivery (when available)  

 

We’ll walk you through all options and pricing during your welcome session.


 

8. What is the timeline? When will I receive my song?

Because each song is handcrafted, we ask for:

• A 3-day lead time to reserve your spot on our studio schedule  
• Once your session begins, your custom song and artwork are typically delivered within

3–14 days, depending on your package and any rush options  
 

If you have a specific event date, let us know so we can advise you on timing.


9. Do I need any special technical skills?

 

No. If you can answer a phone call and point your camera at a QR code, you’re all set.
 

• We guide you through every step  
• The QR code works with standard phone cameras 
• Playing through Bluetooth speakers is the same as playing any music from your phone  


10. Can I request changes to the song?

Yes. You are given one revision change; we want your song to feel just right.
• You’ll receive a preview of your song lyrics.  
• You can request reasonable edits (e.g., small lyric or style tweaks) depending on your

package.  
• We refine the track to make sure it truly reflects your story  

 

 
11. How are payments handled?


Payment in full will cover all prices, which are presented in USD.

• Your Memory Concierge Session or Digital Registry Portal online
• The start of the creative process for your custom song

 

Any physical upgrades (SignaKeep Cards, framed art, rush options)
You will have the opportunity to hear and approve your song preview.

12. What is your cancellations & refunds policy?

For Original Custom Song orders, cancellations and refunds are not permitted once the order

is accepted and work has begun with the assigned specialist. Because each song is

custom-created from your stories, all sales are final.


If, in the rare event, we are unable to fulfill an Original Custom Song order due to the

specialist's unavailability, you will be entitled to either:

• A full refund of the purchase price, or 
• The equivalent amount in site credits for future use.  

This policy ensures our specialist are fairly compensated for their time while still protecting

You in cases where we cannot complete your order.
