For your "SignaKeep" Signature Keepsake Cards and Framed Legacy Prints, offering a mix of digital and physical delivery ensures every client—from the tech-savvy to the traditionalist—is covered.
 

1. Digital Delivery (Instant Access)

This is included in all packages. It is the fastest way to get the song to your client while they wait for their physical items.

  • Method: High-quality MP3 file and a digital copy of the custom cover art delivered via a secure email link.

  • Timeline: Delivered within 3–5 business days of your "Memory Concierge" call (unless Rush Delivery is selected).

2. Physical Card Shipping (Keepsake Cards)

For clients who want the "magic" of a tangible card to hand over or mail to a loved one.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 5–7 business days via USPS First Class or Ground.

  • Priority Shipping: Delivered in 3–4 business days with tracking.

  • Expedited/Rush: Guaranteed delivery in 1–2 business days.

3. White-Glove Direct Mail

This is a premium service where iexprez handles everything for the client.

  • The Service: We print the card, hand-write the recipient's address on the envelope, apply postage, and mail it directly to them.

  • Benefit: Ideal for your non-tech-savvy clients who may struggle with stamps or post offices.

4. Framed Legacy Prints

Because of the weight and fragility, these require more durable shipping methods.

  • Standard Ground: 5–8 business days, securely packed in a protective box.

  • Priority Ground: 3–5 business days.
