Marketing Communications & Consent

By providing your email address and subscribing to our marketing updates via our website, landing pages, or standalone forms, you grant iEXprez (operated by Baratta's Enterprises V, LLC explicit permission to send you promotional content, newsletters, custom product updates (including information regarding our custom songs, "SignaKeep" Signature Keepsake Cards, and Memory Concierge services), and exclusive discount offers.

  • How We Collect Consent: We utilize an affirmative opt-in process. You must manually check the consent box on our subscription forms to receive marketing communications.

  • The Big Playhouse Transition: If you originally subscribed to our partner/sister brand, The Big Playhouse, your contact information is never automatically transferred to iEXprez without your explicit, separate opt-in via an iEXprez subscriber form.

  • Data Protection & Third Parties: We securely store your contact data within our secure Wix CRM database. We do not sell, rent, or lease our subscription lists to third-party companies.

  • How to Opt Out: Your preference matters to us. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from iEXprez at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us directly at office@iexprez.com. Unsubscribing is instantaneous and completely free of charge.

 

 

1. Information Collection & Usage

  • What We Collect: During your Story Call, we collect personal narratives, names, significant dates, and specific memories. We also collect payment information and a physical mailing address for card delivery.

  • How We Use It: This data is used exclusively to write your song lyrics, generate custom AI cover art, and fulfill your order.

2. Story Confidentiality & AI Processing

  • Confidentiality: Your stories are considered private communications. We do not use your personal memories to train public AI models or share them outside our creative team.

  • AI Production: We use advanced musical and artistic tools to process your stories into songs and art. These tools are used under professional licenses that ensure iexprez (and you) retain the rights to the final creative output.

3. Data Security & "Phone-Only" Clients

  • "SignaKeep" Keepsake Links: Your custom song is hosted on a private, unlisted URL. Access is only possible via the unique QR code on your physical card or a direct link provided to you.

  • Manual Handling: For clients without email, we handle all data manually and securely via our internal systems. We do not create online accounts for you unless you request them.

4. Your Rights (Access & Deletion)

  • You have the right to request a copy of the story notes we have on file or to ask us to permanently delete your custom song and lyric data from our servers once your order is complete.
