Our service starts at $79, which includes your 1-on-1 Memory Concierge session and your custom digital song. For those looking to go a step further, we offer premium upgrades including physical keepsake cards, framed artwork, and 48-hour rush delivery.

"Payment Details: Your initial $79 secures your consultation and begins the creative process. Any physical upgrades or final balances are settled only after you have heard and approved your song preview.

Cancellations & refunds

For Original Custom Song orders, cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited once the order is accepted by the requested Songfinch artist. In the event that Songfinch is unable to fulfill an Original Custom Song order due to artist unavailability, the purchaser will be entitled to either a full refund of the purchase price or the equivalent amount in Songfinch site credits for future use. All sales are final.
